Who we are

This website is run by the band The Clive, Biel/Bienne, Switzerland. For anything about your data, write to contact@the-clive.com.

Visiting the website

The site is hosted on GitHub Pages and delivered through Cloudflare. To serve pages and protect the site, these providers process technical data such as your IP address and browser type. We do not use cookies, advertising trackers or social media plugins. Visitor statistics, if enabled, come from Cloudflare Web Analytics, which counts visits without cookies and without identifying you.

Newsletter

If you subscribe, we store your email address, the date you subscribed and your country (derived from your connection, not your exact location). We use them only to send you news about our releases and shows.

The list is stored in a Cloudflare database. To send a newsletter we use an email service (currently Brevo, based in the EU), which receives your address for that purpose only. We never sell or share the list with anyone else.

You can unsubscribe at any time with the link in every email or on our unsubscribe page. We then stop sending you emails and delete your address from our list.

Contacting us by email

If you write to us, we use your message and address only to answer you.

Your rights

You can ask us at any time what data we hold about you, and have it corrected or deleted. Write to contact@the-clive.com. This applies under the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection and, for visitors in the EU, the GDPR.
